ND-PPI (2010=100) increased by 13.49% monthly, by 49.02% on December of the previous year, by 47.89% on same month of the previous year and by 36.19% on the twelve months moving averages basis in November 2021.

Manufacturing increased by 48.03% annually

ND-PPI in two main sectors of industry increased by 40.43% for mining and quarrying, by 48.03% for manufacturing compared with the previous year.

The indices of main industrial groups; increased by 59.34% for intermediate goods, by 39.07% for durable consumer goods, by 33.87% for non-durable consumer goods, by 136.64% for energy, by 33.92% for capital goods, annually.

Manufacturing increased by 13.48% monthly

ND-PPI in two main sectors of industry increased by 13.74% for mining and quarrying, increased by 13.48% for manufacturing compared with the previous month.

 The indices of main industrial groups; increased by 14.95% for intermediate goods, by 13.47% for durable consumer goods, by 12.86% for non-durable consumer goods, by 7.54% for energy, by 13.52% for capital goods, monthly.

Compared to general ND-PPI, lower annual change observed in 18 subdivisions while 7 subdivisions were higher

The lowest rates of annual increase in ND-PPI by subdivisions of industry were for basic pharmaceutical products and pharmaceutic preparations by 25.64%, for wearing apparel by 27.67%, for beverages by 29.15%. On the other hand, the highest rates of annual increase in ND-PPI by subdivisions of industry were for coke and refined petroleum products by 136.64%, for basic metals by 81.48%, for chemicals and chemical products by 68.04%.

Compared to general ND-PPI, lower monthly change observed in 9 subdivisions while 16 subdivisions were higher

The lowest rates of monthly increase in ND-PPI by subdivisions of industry were for coke and refined petroleum products by 7.54%, for printing and recording services by 8.32%, for beverages by 10.24%. On the other hand, the highest rates of monthly increase in ND-PPI by subdivisions of industry were for textiles by 16.11%, for chemicals and chemical products by 15.83%, for wood and products of wood and cork, except furniture by 15.81%.
