The organization, which aids orphans and the needy across the World, is continuing its relief efforts in Africa, distributing food and clothes, building mosques and freshwater wells, and carrying out projects that aim to help the disabled.

With the support of benefactors, the organization opened six wells for drinking water in rural areas of Bamako, the Malian capital, aiming not only to give people access to drinkable water but also to protect them against waterborne diseases.

Speaking to Ilke News Agency, Serdar Şişman, the deputy chairmen of European Orphan Hand, said that “With the 5 clean water wells we opened, we aimed to find solutions to water scarcity in the arid regions of Mali.”

“The wells we opened with the support of our charitable donors made our brothers happy," said Şişman, adding that they have drilled thousands of water wells in dozens of countries so far and they will continue to do so. (ILKHA)
