Bahar reiterates Hamas’s adherence to Palestinian constants
Ahmed Bahar, the first deputy speaker of the Palestinian Legislative Council, has reiterated his Movement’s adherence to the national constants, including Jerusalem as the capital of Palestine, the right of return and the liberation of prisoners.
Speaking during a free medical day staged on Saturday on the 34th founding anniversary of the Hamas Movement, Bahar paid tribute to martyr Ahmed Yassin, founder of Hamas, other leaders of the Movement, the martyrs, the prisoners and the wounded.
He affirmed that the Palestinian people need their Arab and Muslim nations and their support in the face of the israeli occupation, which he described as “a malformed entity killing our children and desecrating our holy sites.”
He also said that his Movement would continue its struggle against the occupation to liberate Palestine, Jerusalem and the Aqsa Mosque despite the zionist blockade and aggression. (ILKHA)
