Construction cost index in Turkey rises by 41.93% annually
Construction cost index increased by 41.93% annually and by 4.75% monthly, the Turkish Statistical Institute said in a statement on Friday.
In October, construction cost index (CCI) increased by 4.75% compared with previous month and increased by 41.93% compared with the same month of the previous year. Material index increased by 6.15% and labor index increased by 1.06% compared with the previous month.
Also, material index increased by 50.47% and labor index increased by 22.62% compared with the previous year.
Building construction cost index increased by 42.13% annually and by 4.37% monthly
Building construction cost index increased by 4.37% compared with previous month and increased by 42.13% compared with the same month of the previous year. Material index increased by 5.69% and labor index increased by 0.98% compared with the previous month.
Also, material index increased by 50.98% and labor index increased by 22.64% compared with the previous year.
Construction cost index for civil engineering increased by 41.24% annually and by 6.04% monthly
Construction cost index for civil engineering increased by 6.04% compared with previous month and increased by 41.24% compared with the same month of the previous year. Material index increased by 7.69% and labor index increased by 1.34% compared with the previous month.
Also, material index increased by 48.78% and labor index increased by 22.52% compared with the previous year. (ILKHA)
