“Tonight, August 29, 2021, at 22:05 p.m., ISIS terrorists again attacked the barricades of the 2nd regiment of the 9th Infantry Brigade of the Ministry of Peshmerga in Kifri border. One Peshmerga was martyred and three others were wounded in the attack. Peshmerga forces are still pursuing terrorists,” the Ministry of Peshmerga said.

This has been the third attack of its kind on the Peshmerga forces in the Garmyan administration since Saturday evening.

Last Saturday, ISIS members launched a large-scale attack on Peshmerga points in Koljo, resulting in six deaths and three wounded. (ILKHA)
