Turkey’s cabinet to convene today to discuss recent developments
Turkey’s Presidential Cabinet will convene at 15:00 on Monday under President Erdoğan's chairmanship at the Presidential Complex in Ankara.
The cabinet will discuss President Erdogan's bilateral talks with world leaders, including US president Joe Biden, on the sidelines of the G20 leaders' summit in Rome, according to the Turkish Presidency.
The ongoing operations of the Turkish armed forces within the country and outside the border will be evaluated at the meeting.
The current dramatic rise in commodity prices in Turkey will be at the top of the agenda during the meeting., according to the Turkish Presidency.
The recommendations put forth by Coronavirus Scientific Advisory Board as well as the work on Turkey's COVID-19 vaccine Turkovac will also be discussed at the meeting.
President Recep Tayyip Erdogan will make a statement after the meeting. (ILKHA)
