Palestinian family threatened with displacement in Ya’bad town
The zionist occupation army on Monday notified a Palestinian citizen of its intent to demolish his home in Ya’bad town, southwest of Jenin.
Ya’bad mayor Samer Abu Bakr said that Nawwaf Hamdouni received a demolition notice from the israeli army’s civil administration at the pretext of unlicensed construction.
Hamdouni was given until November 11 to file an objection against the demolition order.
11 individuals live in that house and they would be homeless if the israeli army carried out the measure.
Meanwhile, the zionist occupation forces obstructed the movement of Palestinian citizens at a makeshift checkpoint at the main entrance to Ya’bad town and detained a number of young men in Mariha neighborhood in the town and at the military checkpoint of Dotan. (ILKHA)
