Turkey’s economic confidence decreases by 1% in October
The economic confidence index which was 102.4 in September decreased by 1.0% in October to 101.4, the Turkish Statistical Institute said in a statement.

This decrease in the economic confidence index stemmed from the decreases in consumer and real sector (manufacturing industry) confidence indices.
The consumer confidence index decreased by 3.6% and became 76.8, real sector confidence index decreased by 1.8% and became 111.3.
On the other hand, the services confidence index increased by 2.1% and became 120.3, the retail trade confidence index increased by 4.8% and became 121.1, construction confidence index increased by 1.0% and became 92.7 in October compared to the previous month. (ILKHA)
