Construction cost index in Turkey rises by 42.13% annually, TurkStat says
In August 2021, construction cost index (CCI) increased by 0.93% compared with previous month and increased by 42.13% compared with the same month of the previous year, the Turkish Statistical Institute (TurkStat) said.

Material index increased by 0.83% and labour index increased by 1.19% compared with the previous month. Also material index increased by 51.94% and labour index increased by 21.54% compared with the previous year.
Building construction cost index increased by 42.97% annually and 1.06% monthly
Building construction cost index increased by 1.06% compared with previous month and increased by 42.97% compared with the same month of the previous year. Material index increased by 1.03% and labour index increased by 1.13% compared with the previous month. Also material index increased by 53.42% and labour index increased by 21.67% compared with the previous year.
Construction cost index for civil engineering increased by 39.31% annually and increased by 0.48% monthly
Construction cost index for civil engineering increased by 0.48% compared with previous month and increased by 39.31% compared with the same month of the previous year. Material index increased by 0.16% and labour index increased by 1.41% compared with the previous month. Also material index increased by 47.18% and labour index increased by 21.03% compared with the previous year. (ILKHA)
