Turkish Defense Minister Akar holds a phone call with his U.S. counterpart
Turkey’s Defense Minister Hulusi Akar held a telephone call with U.S. Secretary of Defense Lloyd James Austin on Friday.

Akar and Austin discussed cooperation on bilateral as well as regional defense and security issues, the Turkish Defense Ministry said in a statement.
