In his Friday khutba (sermon) held outside the Red Cross headquarters in Gaza, Hayya said that his Movement works strongly and with all means on having the prisoners released, adding that meetings are held every day in Gaza for that purpose.

He stressed that the Palestinian people and their resistance would respond to all the zionist jailers and officers who were involved in assaulting the prisoners’ leaders in jails and the Gilboa escapees after re-arresting them.

He described the issue of the prisoners as “a red line,” warning that the resistance would not be silent on any Israeli assault on them. (ILKHA)
