Tunisia reopens border with Libya
Tunisian President Kais Saied has given to reopen border with Libya, the President’s office announced.
“President Kais Saied discusses the meeting outcomes of the Tunisian Libyan joint security and health ministerial committees and gives instructions to reopen border crossing points starting September 17 at 7 am, stressing the need to fully respect health protocols,” the presidency said on Twitter.

Earlier in June, the border crossings between Tunisia and Libya were closed due to increased numbers of COVID-19. (ILKHA)
