Construction cost index rises by 44.76% annually in Turkey
Construction cost index increased by 44.76% annually and increased by 2.56% monthly, the Turkish Statistical Institute said.
In July 2021, construction cost index (CCI) increased by 2.56% compared with previous month and increased by 44.76% compared with the same month of the previous year.
Material index increased by 3.13% and labor index increased by 1.06% compared with the previous month.
Also, material index increased by 56.41% and labor index increased by 21.01% compared with the previous year.
Building construction cost index increased by 45.15% annually and 2.63% monthly
Building construction cost index increased by 2.63% compared with previous month and increased by 45.15% compared with the same month of the previous year.
Material index increased by 3.29% and labor index increased by 1.00% compared with the previous month.
Also, material index increased by 57.25% and labor index increased by 21.18% compared with the previous year.

Construction cost index for civil engineering increased by 2.28% compared with previous month and increased by 43.39% compared with the same month of the previous year.
Material index increased by 2.63% and labor index increased by 1.29% compared with the previous month.
