Global coronavirus death toll rises to 4,576,748
At least 221,180,252 people have so far tested positive for coronavirus around the world.
The coronavirus outbreak, which was first identified in Wuhan, China, and declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization on March 11, 2020, is continuing to claim the lives of thousands of people across the world.
The United States, the current epicenter of the pandemic, has the highest number of coronavirus-related fatalities, with 665,858 deaths, followed by Brazil with 583,362 deaths, India with 440,567, and Mexico with 262,868 deaths.
At least 197,672,024 patients suffering from the disease have so far recovered and been discharged from hospitals worldwide. (ILKHA)
