Fesih Güler, who was subjected to heavy tortures and inhumane treatment during the 28 February post-modern coup period and was imprisoned for years as a result of a FETO conspiracy, died on August 18, 2021 in a private hospital where he was being treated for coronavirus pandemic.

The commemoration ceremony was held at his grave in Diyarbakır's Çınar district, where he was born in 1971.

HÜDA PAR’s officials, a delegation of ITTIHAD-UL-ULEMA (The Union of Islamic Scholars), the deceased's family, relatives, and friends attended the commemoration ceremony, which was held at his grave in Diyarbakır's Çınar district, where he was born in 1971.

Speaking at the commemoration, Osman Aktaş, a member of HÜDA PAR’s Central Executive Board, drew attention to Fesih Guler's works in the Islamic cause from his teenage years to his death, and the troubles he suffered.

“We commemorate a man who sacrificed his life for the sake of the Islamic cause, rejecting worldly interests from his youth to his death. He was literally a true believer. From now on, all we have to do is adopt and follow the legacy of his struggle that he left us,” Aktaş said. (ILKHA)
