Global coronavirus death toll reaches 4,35 million
At least 206,317,819 people have so far tested positive for coronavirus around the world.
The coronavirus outbreak, which was first identified in Wuhan, China, and declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization on March 11, 2020, is continuing to claim the lives of thousands of people across the world.
The United States, the current epicenter of the pandemic, has the highest number of coronavirus-related fatalities, with 636,298 deaths, followed by Brazil with 566,988 deaths, India with 430,285, and Mexico with 246,811 deaths.
At least 185,145,353 patients suffering from the disease have so far recovered and been discharged from hospitals worldwide. (ILKHA)
