Global coronavirus death toll reaches 4.3 million
More than 203 million people have so far tested positive for coronavirus around the world.
The coronavirus outbreak, which was first identified in Wuhan, China, and declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization on March 11, 2020, is continuing to claim the lives of thousands of people across the world.
The United States, the current epicenter of the pandemic, has the highest number of coronavirus-related fatalities, with 632,987 deaths, followed by Brazil with 563,082 deaths, India with 427,892, and Mexico with 244,248 deaths.
At least 182,367,225 patients suffering from the disease have so far recovered and been discharged from hospitals worldwide. (ILKHA)
