Turkey reports 5,670 new coronavirus cases, 59 deaths
59 more people have died due to COVID-19 in the last 24 hours, bringing the country’s death toll from the disease to 50,155, Turkey’s Health Minister Fahrettin Koca said in a statement on Friday.

According to the statement, the number of confirmed cases rose to 5,470,764, after 5,670 more people tested positive for COVID-19 over the past 24 hours.
While at least 684 patients are in critical condition, 5,338,885 patients suffering from the disease have so far recovered and been discharged from hospital.
More than 62,798,364 tests for coronavirus have so far been conducted to detect infections in the country. (ILKHA)
