Turkish security forces detain 10 ISIL-linked suspects in Ankara
Turkish police carried out Friday morning simultaneous operations at several addresses to nab 10 suspects in Ankara, the capital city of Turkey

The suspects, who were had allegedly acted within ISIL ranks in Iraq and Syria, are being interrogated in Ankara Police Headquarters.
