Global coronavirus death toll reaches 3,954,936
At least 182,629,207 people have so far tested positive for coronavirus around the world.
The coronavirus outbreak, which was first identified in Wuhan, China, and declared a pandemic by World Health Organization on March 11, 2020, is continuing to claim the lives of thousands of people across the world.
The United States, the current epicenter of the pandemic, has the highest number of coronavirus-related fatalities with 619,980 deaths, followed by Brazil with 516,119 deaths, India with 398,484 deaths, and Mexico with 232,803 deaths.
At least 167,239,548 patients suffering from the disease have so far recovered and been discharged from hospitals worldwide. (ILKHA)
