ZOF injures Palestinian boy, others in clashes in Beita
Dozens of Palestinians, including a child, were injured during clashes on Thursday night and on Friday with the zionist occupation forces (ZOF) in Mount Sobeih in Beita town, south of Nablus.
The ZOF soldiers fired metal bullets and tear gas canisters at hundreds of Palestinians after Friday prayer near the mountain.
The Palestinian Red Crescent reported that its crews treated eight injuries, including three with rubber-coated metal bullets, four with tear gas, and one with bruises.
On Thursday, local sources said that clashes erupted in the northern area of al-Yatmawi barracks and ZOF fired tear gas canisters and sound bombs. A boy was hit with a gas bomb in his head.
Meanwhile, Sheikh Abdul-Ghani Dweikat warned against being deceived by the occupation’s promises and its claims regarding the evacuation of the outpost, stressing the importance of staying on the mountains of Beita until the evacuation is practically achieved. (ILKHA)
