Dawn airstrikes target resistance sites in Gaza
Zionist regime’s warplanes at dawn Wednesday bombed resistance sites in the Gaza Strip, with no reported casualties.
According to local sources, a military drone targeted a resistance post in Ma'an area of Khan Yunis City, south of Gaza.
Another resistance site in the south of Gaza City was also struck multiple times by warplanes.
Later, the zionist occupation army announced its air raids on targets in Gaza City and Khan Yunis were in response to attacks with incendiary balloons on israeli border areas, claiming it was ready for all options, including a renewed round of escalation.
After a hiatus for a long time, several balloons carrying flaming materials were launched by protesters from Gaza on Tuesday towards israeli areas.
According to the Hebrew media, Palestinian balloons carrying burning materials landed in green and forested areas in southern occupied Palestine and triggered a number of fires.
Young protesters from Gaza already announced they would resume flying kites or balloons into occupied areas in response to the holding of the settler flag march in the Old City of Jerusalem and the use of violence against Jerusalemite citizens. (ILKHA)
