Palestine: Zionist settlers torch dozens of olive trees on Mount Sobeih
The zionist settlers from the outpost of Avitar, which is built on Mount Sobeih, south of Beita town in southern Nablus, set fire to dozens of fruitful olive trees belonging to a Palestinian citizen on Sunday.
Local sources reported that a group of Avitar settlers torched dozens of fruitful olive trees belonging to the farmer Kamel Aqra from Beita.
The settlers’ attacks increased in the area despite the zionist occupation authority's claim that it issued a decision to remove the settlement outpost from Mount Sobeih and prevent settlers from accessing it.
The area recently witnessed several clashes between the residents on the one hand and the Zionist occupation forces and the settlers on the other hand. (ILKHA)
