The coronavirus outbreak, which was first identified in Wuhan, China, and declared a pandemic by World Health Organization on March 11, is continuing to claim the lives of thousands of people across the world.

The United States, the current epicenter of the pandemic, has the highest number of confirmed cases of coronavirus with 34,154,305 cases, followed by India with 28,441,986 cases, Brazil with 16,720,081, France with 5,685,915, Turkey with 5,263,697 cases, Russia with 5,099,182 cases, the United Kingdom with 4,494,699 cases, and Italy with 4,223,200 cases.

Over 155,108,100 people suffering from coronavirus have so far recovered and been discharged from hospitals worldwide. (ILKHA)
