Coronavirus worldwide: The number of confirmed cases reaches 168 million
About 3,5 million people have died of coronavirus pandemic around the world.
The coronavirus outbreak, which was first identified in Wuhan, China, and declared a pandemic by World Health Organization on March 11, is continuing to claim the lives of thousands of people across the world.
The United States, the current epicenter of the pandemic, has the highest number of confirmed cases of coronavirus with 33,922,937 cases, followed by India with 26,948,874 cases, Brazil with 16,121,136, France with 5,605,895, Turkey with 5,194,010 cases, Russia with 5,017,795 cases, the United Kingdom with 4,464,900 cases, and Italy with 4,194,672 cases.
About 150 million people suffering from coronavirus have so far recovered and been discharged from hospitals worldwide. (ILKHA)
