The coronavirus outbreak, which was first identified in Wuhan, China, and declared a pandemic by World Health Organization on March 11, is continuing to claim the lives of thousands of people across the world.
The United States, the current epicenter of the pandemic, has the highest number of confirmed cases of coronavirus with 33,896,660 cases, followed by India with 26,752,447 cases, Brazil with 16,083,573, France with 5,603,666, Turkey with 5,186,487 cases, Russia with 5,001,505 cases, the United Kingdom with 4,462,538 cases, and Italy with 4,192,183 cases.
A total of 148,574,258 people suffering from coronavirus have so far recovered and been discharged from hospitals worldwide. (ILKHA)
