The coronavirus outbreak, which was first identified in Wuhan, China, and declared a pandemic by World Health Organization on March 11, is continuing to claim the lives of thousands of people across the world.

The United States, the current epicenter of the pandemic, has the highest number of confirmed cases of coronavirus with 33,515,308 cases, followed by India with 22,992,517 cases, Brazil with 15,214,030, France with 5,780,379, Turkey with 5,044,936 cases, Russia with 4,888,727 cases, the United Kingdom with 4,437,217 cases, and Italy with 4,116,287 cases.

A total of 137,307,333 people suffering from coronavirus have so far recovered and been discharged from hospitals worldwide. (ILKHA)
