Angry confrontations with ZOF reported in W. Bank areas
Violent clashes broke out between Palestinians and the zionist occupation forces (ZOF) in the West Bank cities of Bethlehem and Bireh, while local youths managed to throw homemade firebombs at a military watchtower in northern al-Khalil.
According to local sources, several young men suffered from their exposure to tear gas during skirmishes with the ZOF near the Beit El army base in the north of Bireh City.
Similar clashes also took place at the northern entrance to Bethlehem City, particularly near Bilal Mosque. Dozens of young men reportedly clashed with the ZOF at the military watchtower in the area.
Meanwhile, some youths in northern al-Khalil managed to throw homemade firebombs at the ZOF watchtower at the main entrance to Beit Ummar town before fleeing the area.
For days, angry Palestinian youths have been engaging in confrontations with the ZOF in many West Bank areas in protest at the daily zionist police provocations and violations against their compatriots in the holy city of Jerusalem. (ILKHA)
