The coronavirus outbreak, which was first identified in Wuhan, China, and declared a pandemic by World Health Organization on March 11, is continuing to claim the lives of thousands of people across the world.

The United States, the current epicenter of the pandemic, has the highest number of confirmed cases of coronavirus with 32,789,653 cases, followed by India with 16,960,172 cases, Brazil with 14,308,215, France with 5,473,579, Russia with 4,753,789 cases, Turkey with 4,591,416 cases, the United Kingdom with 4,403,170 cases, and Italy with 3,949,517 cases.

A total of 124,730,180 people suffering from coronavirus have so far recovered and been discharged from hospitals worldwide. (ILKHA)
