Global coronavirus death toll reaches 3,058,230
At least 143,577,735 people have so far tested positive for coronavirus around the world.
The coronavirus outbreak, which was first identified in Wuhan, China, and declared a pandemic by World Health Organization on March 11, is continuing to claim the lives of thousands of people across the world.
The United States, the current epicenter of the pandemic, has the highest number of coronavirus-related fatalities with 582,456 deaths, followed by Brazil with 378,530 deaths, Mexico with 213,048 deaths, and India with 182,570 deaths.
At least 121,953,574 patients suffering from the disease have so far recovered and been discharged from hospitals worldwide. (ILKHA)
