European Yetim Eli distributes milk goats, food parcels to poor families in Africa
European Yetim Eli, an international help organization based in Mannheim, Germany, has continued its charity works in Africa, giving poor families milk goats and food parcels in Soroti, Uganda.
The organization, which has been helping the orphans and the poor in many countries across the world, engaged in a great deal of charity works such as the construction of mosques and freshwater wells and the delivery of food, clothes, and shoes in Africa countries.
By launching "the milk goat project ", the organization aims to help poor families in Africa so that they will be able to stand on their feet.
The organization gave two milk goats to one each of tens of families who wanted to raise milk goats and make a living in this way.
Turkey’s coordinator of the organization, Nurullah Günaydın, said that they were trying to provide permanent livelihoods for the poor in Africa with this project.
“We have distributed food packages donated by philanthropists to poor families. I hope that we will also distribute milk goats to families soon. We aim to alleviate their financial problems with these aids,” Günaydın said. (ILKHA)
