The coronavirus outbreak, which was first identified in Wuhan, China, and declared a pandemic by World Health Organization on March 11, is continuing to claim the lives of thousands of people across the world.

The United States, the current epicenter of the pandemic, has the highest number of confirmed cases of coronavirus with 30,231,550 cases, followed by Brazil with 11,609,601 cases, India with 11,438,734, Russia with 4,409,438 cases, the United Kingdom with 4,268,821 cases, France with 4,108,108, Italy with 3,258,770 cases, Spain with 3,200,024 cases and Turkey with 2,911,642 cases.

A total of 97,824,410 people suffering from coronavirus have so far recovered and been discharged from hospitals worldwide. (ILKHA)
