Global coronavirus death toll rises to 2,674,416
At least 120,866,697 people have so far tested positive for coronavirus around the world.
The coronavirus outbreak, which was first identified in Wuhan, China, and declared a pandemic by World Health Organization on March 11, is continuing to claim the lives of thousands of people across the world.
The United States, the current epicenter of the pandemic, has the highest number of coronavirus-related fatalities with 548,013 deaths, followed by Brazil with 279,602 deaths, Mexico with 194,944 deaths, and India with 158,892 deaths.
At least 97,487,443 patients suffering from the disease have so far recovered and been discharged from hospitals worldwide. (ILKHA)
