Global coronavirus death toll rises to 2,666,432
At least 120,474,248 people have so far tested positive for coronavirus around the world.
The coronavirus outbreak, which was first identified in Wuhan, China, and declared a pandemic by World Health Organization on March 11, is continuing to claim the lives of thousands of people across the world.
The United States, the current epicenter of the pandemic, has the highest number of coronavirus-related fatalities with 547,234 deaths, followed by Brazil with 278,327 deaths, Mexico with 194,710 deaths, and India with 158,762 deaths.
At least 97,020,601 patients suffering from the disease have so far recovered and been discharged from hospitals worldwide. (ILKHA)
