Global coronavirus death toll rises to 2,551,782
At least 115,052,424 people have so far tested positive for coronavirus around the world.
The coronavirus outbreak, which was first identified in Wuhan, China, and declared a pandemic by World Health Organization on March 11, is continuing to claim the lives of thousands of people across the world.
The United States, the current epicenter of the pandemic, has the highest number of coronavirus-related fatalities with 527,226 deaths, followed by Brazil with 255,836 deaths, Mexico with 186,152 deaths, and India with 157,275 deaths.
At least 90,771,364 patients suffering from the disease have so far recovered and been discharged from hospitals worldwide. (ILKHA)
