Construction cost index rises by 25.02% annually in Turkey
In December 2020, the construction cost index (CCI) increased by 2.68% compared with the previous month and increased by 25.02% compared with the same month of the previous year, according to the Turkish Statistical Institute.
The material index increased by 3.74% and the labor index increased by 0.20% compared with the previous month. Also, the material index increased by 30.34%, and the labor index increased by 13.74% compared with the previous year.
The building construction cost index increased by 25.09% annually and 2.74% monthly
The building construction cost index increased by 2.74% compared with the previous month and increased by 25.09% compared with the same month of the previous year. The material index increased by 3.86% and labor index increased by 0.18% compared with the previous month. Also, the material index increased by 30.48%, and the labor index increased by 13.96% compared with the previous year.

The construction cost index for civil engineering increased by 2.51% compared with the previous month and increased by 24.79% compared with the same month of the previous year. The material index increased by 3.38% and labor index increased by 0.27% compared with the previous month.
