Mortar attack targets Somalia's presidential palace
A barrage of mortar shells hit Somalia’s presidential palace on Monday night.
President Mohamed Abdullahi Farmajo and Galmudug regional officials were at a meeting when the attack occurred, Somalian officials said.
Hours following the arrival of the delegations, nearly 10 mortar bombs rained down on Dhusamareb targeting the city’s presidential palace, police station, and the airport.
There have been no immediate reports of casualties yet. (ILKHA)
