Global coronavirus death toll rises to 2,167,510
At least 100,856,979 people have so far tested positive for coronavirus around the world.
The coronavirus outbreak, which was first identified in Wuhan, China, and declared a pandemic by World Health Organization on March 11, is continuing to claim the lives of thousands of people across the world.
The United States, the current epicenter of the pandemic, has the highest number of coronavirus-related fatalities with 435,452 deaths, followed by Brazil with 218,918 deaths, India with 153,751 deaths, and Mexico with 152,016 deaths.
At least 72,892,416 patients suffering from the disease have so far recovered and been discharged from hospitals worldwide. (ILKHA)
