Turkish Coast Guard: 6 irregular migrants rescued off northwestern Turkey
6 irregular migrants were rescued from a boat off the coast of the Çeşme district of Turkey’s northwestern Izmir province, Turkish Coast Guard Command announced in a statement on Friday.

6 irregular migrants were rescued from the boat that went adrift due to bad weather conditions off the coast of the Çeşme district, according to the statement.
Turkey has traditionally been a major transit port for irregular immigrants to enter the European countries.
