The coronavirus outbreak, which was first identified in Wuhan, China and declared a pandemic by World Health Organization on March 11, is continuing to claim the lives of thousands of people across the world.
The United States, the current epicenter of the pandemic, has the highest number of confirmed cases of coronavirus with 19,433,847 cases, followed by India with 10,188,392 cases, Brazil with 7,465,806 cases, Russia with 3,021,964 cases, France with 2,550,864, United Kingdom with 2,256,005 cases, Turkey with 2,133,373 cases and Italy with 2,038,759 cases.
A total 56,922,606 people suffering from coronavirus have so far recovered and been discharged from hospital worldwide. (ILKHA)
