According to local sources, the zionist regime’s warplanes fired five missiles at an area in the east of al-Tuffah neighborhood, east of Gaza City, leading one child and another citizen to suffer minor injuries.

The bombing also caused large-scale power cuts in Gaza City and widespread material damage to Martyr Mohamed al-Dorra Pediatric Hospital as well as the Dawoud Mosque, the Rehabilitation Center for People with Disabilities, a sports ground, and several homes and structures in the area.

Soon later, another airstrike targeted an observation point in the east of Deir al-Balah City in central Gaza. No one was reportedly hurt.

A drone and another jet fighter also bombed an empty tract of land in the east of al-Bureij refugee camp in central Gaza.

A spokesperson for the zionist occupation army claimed the airstrikes were in response to two rockets that had been fired towards the regime’s areas on Friday evening, adding that the rockets were intercepted by anti-missile batteries.

HAMAS spokesman Hazem Qasem described the Zionist regime’s aerial attacks as “barbaric that terrorized peaceful civilians.”

The spokesman affirmed that israeli crimes would never break the Palestinian people’s will, but rather it would boost their determination to uphold and struggle for their legitimate rights. (ILKHA)
