Coronavirus worldwide: The number of confirmed cases rises to 59,516,610
The number of coronavirus related deaths surpassed 1,4 million around the world.
The coronavirus outbreak, which was first identified in Wuhan, China and declared a pandemic by World Health Organization on March 11, is continuing to claim the lives of thousands of people across the world.
However, the countries began to ease measures against the coronavirus pandemic, which has been severely affecting the world economy.
The United States, the current epicenter of the pandemic, has the highest number of confirmed cases of coronavirus with 12,777,371 cases, followed by India with 9,177,840 cases, Brazil with 6,088,004 cases, France with 2,144,660, Russia with 2,114,502 cases, Spain with 1,606,905 cases, United Kingdom with 1,527,495 cases and Italy with 1,431,795 cases.
A total 41,157,776 people suffering from coronavirus have so far recovered and been discharged from hospital worldwide. (ILKHA)
