The Russian delegation, which consists of 20 diplomats, is initially scheduled to hold talks at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, will then move to the Ministry of National Defense and hold technical talks.

On Tuesday, Armenia, Azerbaijan and Russia signed a nine-point agreement to end the war over the disputed area of Nagorno-Karabakh.

However, Turkey’s role in implementing the agreement was not elaborated in the document.

Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu and Defense Minister Hulusi Akar said that Turkey would be working on the same conditions as Russia.

But Russian Foreign Minister contradicted the Turkish officials' claims and said: “It is true that Russian and Turkish observers and specialists will be working at this center on equal conditions. But no Turkish peacekeeping units will be deployed in Nagorno-Karabakh. This is clearly stated in the three leaders’ statement you mentioned.” (ILKHA)
