The number of confirmed coronavirus cases mounts to 52,441,490 worldwide
1,289,753 people have so far died from the pandemic around the world.
The coronavirus outbreak, which was first identified in Wuhan, China and declared a pandemic by World Health Organization on March 11, is continuing to claim the lives of thousands of people across the world.
However, the countries began to ease measures against the coronavirus pandemic, which has been severely affecting the world economy.
The United States, the current epicenter of the pandemic, has the highest number of confirmed cases of coronavirus with 10,708,728 cases, followed by India with 8,684,039 cases, Brazil with 5,749,007 cases, France with 1,865,538, Russia with 1,836,960 cases, Spain with 1,463,093 cases, Argentina with 1,273,356 cases and United Kingdom with 1,256,725 cases.
A total 36,677,509 people suffering from coronavirus have so far recovered and been discharged from hospital worldwide. (ILKHA)
