The coronavirus outbreak, which was first identified in Wuhan, China and declared a pandemic by World Health Organization on March 11, is continuing to claim the lives of thousands of people across the world.

However, the countries began to ease measures against the coronavirus pandemic, which has been severely affecting the world economy.

The United States, the current epicenter of the pandemic, has the highest number of confirmed cases of coronavirus with 10,060,464 cases, followed by India with 8,462,080 cases, Brazil with 5,632,505 cases, Russia with 1,753,836 cases, France with 1,661,853 cases, Spain with 1,388,411 cases, Argentina with 1,228,814 cases and United Kindom with 1,146,484 cases.

A total 35,286,040 people suffering from coronavirus have so far recovered and been discharged from hospital worldwide. (ILKHA)
