According to the statement, in January-August period increased by 3.8% when compared to the same period of the previous year.

In August, the average fat rate of cow's milk collected by integrated dairies was 3.5%, the average rate of protein was 3.2%.

In August, drinking milk production by integrated dairies increased by 11.4% and became 118 thousand 996 tons when compared to the same month of the previous year. In January-August period, drinking milk production increased by 11.9% and became 1 million 71 thousand 903 tons when compared to the same period of the previous year.

In August, yoghurt production by integrated dairies decreasing by 8.6% and became 94 thousand 456 tons when compared to the same month of the previous year. In January-August period, decreased by 3.3% and became 733 thousand 189 tons when compared to the same period of the previous year.

In August, while whole milk powder production increasing by 39.9%, skimmed milk powder production increasing by 25%, cream production increasing by 18.4%, cheese production from cow's milk increasing by 10.4% and butter production increasing by 4.3%, drink made of yoghurt (ayran) production decreased by 0.6% and mixed milk cheese (cheese production obtained from which includes sheep, goat, buffalo and mixed milk) decreased by 10.8% when compared to the same month of the previous year.  

According to the January-August period of the previous year, while whole milk powder production increasing by 11.3%, cheese production from cow's milk increasing by 9.6%, butter production increasing by 7.8%, cream production increasing by 4.1% and skimmed milk powder production increasing by 3.2%, mixed milk cheese (Cheese production obtained from which includes sheep, goat, buffalo and mixed milk) decreased by 6.1% and drink made of yoghurt (ayran) production decreased by 14.1%.
