A 4.6 magnitude earthquake rocks Aegean Sea
The offshore quake took place in the Aegean Sea 17,20 kilometers off Greece’s northeastern Ayion Oros peninsula on Monday, Turkey’s Disaster and Emergency Management Presidency announced on its website.
The earthquake occurred at around 07:12 a.m., with its epicenter at a latitude of 39.9723 degrees north and a longitude of 24.3981 degrees east, and at a depth of 37,57 km.
There were no immediate reports of casualties or damages to buildings. (ILKHA)
