Turkey’s coronavirus death toll reaches 7,929
Turkey has reported 71 new deaths from coronavirus in the last 24 hours, bringing the country’s death toll from the virus to 7,929, the country’s Health Ministry said in a statement on Saturday.

According to the statement, the number of confirmed cases rose to 312,966, after 1,511 more people tested positive for the virus over the past 24 hours.
While at least 1,615 patients are in critical condition, 274,514 patients suffering from the disease have so far recovered and been discharged from hospital.
9,936,581 tests for coronavirus have so far been conducted to detect infections in the country. (ILKHA)
