The Hope Caravan Foundation, which acts with the mission of delivering the humanitarian aid to those who are persecuted or otherwise in need, regardless of their religion, language, race or sect, are continuing its charitable activities in Yemen that has been troubled by civil wars for years.

Calling on philanthropists to support its aid activities with the slogan “Emergency Aid for Yemen”, the foundation, along with its partners and volunteers, aims to alleviate the troubles of Yemeni people with the distributions of aids in the country.

In a written statement about the aid activities of the foundation in Yemen, the chairman of the Hope Caravan, Cengiz Kurtaran, said: ”We will continuing our charity activities in Yemen with the support of the philanthropists. We will maintain to serve as a bridge between our philanthropists and the oppressed Yemeni people. Yemeni people are suffering from hunger and thirst. We can't be indifferent to that. We will continue our works and projects to alleviate their problems. God bless the benefactors who support our aid activities.”

According to the UNICEF, Yemen is the largest humanitarian crisis in the world, with more than 24 million people – some 80 per cent of the population – in need of humanitarian assistance, including more than 12 million children.

Since the conflict escalated in March 2015, the country has become a living hell for the country's children. (ILKHA)
