Retail sales volume increases by 11.9% on annual basis in Turkey
Retail sales volume with constant prices has increased by 11.9% in July 2020 compared with the same month of previous year, Turkish Statistical Institute said in a statement on Monday.
According to the statement, In the same month food, drinks and tobacco sales increased by 12.3%, non-food (except automotive fuel) sales increased by 13.9%, automotive fuel sales increased by 7.2%.
Retail sales volume increased by 9.5% on monthly basis
Retail sales volume with constant prices increased by 9.5% in July 2020 compared with the previous month. In the same month food, drinks and tobacco sales increased by 5.9%, non-food (except automotive fuel) sales increased by 13.0%, automotive fuel sales increased by 6.4%.
Retail turnover increased by 21.4% on annual basis
Retail turnover with current prices increased by 21.4% in July 2020 compared with the same month of previous year. In the same month food, drinks and tobacco sales increased by 24.3%, non-food (except automotive fuel) sales increased by 27.3%, automotive fuel sales increased by 3.3%.
Retail turnover increased by 10.7% on monthly basis
Retail turnover with current prices increased by 10.7% in July 2020 compared with the previous month. In the same month food, drinks and tobacco sales increased by 4.2%, non-food (except automotive fuel) sales increased by 14.6%, automotive fuel sales increased by 11.9%. (ILKHA)
